Cursed Delicacies: Halloween Horror Nights 14 Food Menu

The Karang Guni collects what nobody wants. This year, some of it ends up on a plate.

Between the haunted houses and the scare zones you will need to eat, and this year’s menu runs from a charcoal-bun burger inspired by Ponti-Ana to a kopi shake that tastes better than it sounds. Among some of the crunchy bits and pieces are actual edible bugs too, turning up the flavour and fear factor.

Mel’s Drive-In

The Kampung Lemak Chicken Burger comes in packaging branded with Ponti-Ana. Crispy fried chicken layered with sambal, ketchup, caramelized onions, cucumber slices, a fried egg and shredded nori, on a soft charcoal bun, served with french fries.

Also available at Mel’s Drive-In: The Kampung Raspberry Soft Serve is a raspberry and cherry-flavoured soft serve, topped with Oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate-flavoured biscuit sticks.

For those who bought promotional tickets bundled with the Soft Serve, you can collect it from Mel’s.

Goldilocks Fried Chicken

The karang guni takes what nobody wants. This one you will actually want. The Karang Guni Feast is essentially a hearty plate of nasi lemak: crispy double-coated fried chicken with fragrant butterfly pea-infused coconut rice, masak merah gravy, a fried egg with kicap manis and puffed wild rice. The gravy has real spice to it, and the blue pea rice was the part I kept going back to.

Scavenger’s Midnight Crunch is deep-fried chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, skinny wings and golden fries tossed in black pepper sauce, garnished with puffed wild rice and shredded nori. I am never one to say no to chicken tenders, and this delivers three ways to eat them in one plate.

The Kopi Guni Afterlife Shake comes in a cup wrapped in Karang Guni branding. At its core it is a coffee frappe, vanilla ice cream blended with gula melaka, but it is layered with cendol and red agar jelly, then topped with crispy roti chips, whipped cream, chocolate biscuit sticks, charcoal powder and kaya. It sounds like a lot piled onto one drink, and it is, but I still liked the coffee part.

Star Snacks

The Creeping Crawler Chicken Leg is a baked slitted chicken leg topped with hot sauce, puffed wild rice and edible mealworms.

KT’s Grill

The Severed Fingers are stuffed chicken wings filled with seasoned minced chicken, topped with cherry-chipotle sauce and almond flakes.

Crispy Demon Skin with Holy Water is deep-fried rice noodles with shredded squid, scallions, honey garlic soy glaze, toasted cashew nuts and citrus spray. Think of it as this year’s answer to last year’s seaweed ribbon fries, something crunchy to snack on between scares.

To drink, The Last Ritual is a dark sangria-style cocktail blended with pineapple and orange juice, poured over lychee-flavoured skull ice, topped with Sprite, garnished with fresh mint and a smoked cinnamon stick.

Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor

The Skull & Shroom Truffle Pizza is a charcoal pizza crust topped with truffle béchamel sauce, shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

Starbot Café

To help you recover from the undead dance floor, the Raveyard Nanban Tower Don is crispy chicken karaage drizzled with Nanban sauce over Japanese rice, served with a bowl of miso soup.

Demon Mapo Buta Ribs are tender pork ribs roasted in spicy mapo sauce, topped with scallions, parsley, roasted sesame seeds and puffed wild rice.

Frozen Fuel

The Infested Corndog is a chicken corndog coated with crushed dry instant noodle, topped with gochujang sauce and deep-fried edible crickets (???) among others. This was another savoury snack I enjoyed and would recommend. That was before I found out I ate some crickets.

Fossil Fuels

The Cursed Berempah Chicken Sub is grilled chicken sausage, ayam berempah ragout, berempah crumbs, greens and edible mealworms (???) on a soft charcoal hotdog bun. Also available here is the Haunted Talisman Cooler, a pandan and green apple-flavoured cream soda, garnished with a skull jelly.

Drinks available around the park

These four drinks are available on carts and at select restaurants around the park, all finished with edible glitter dust.

The Antidote blends lime juice, green apple syrup and pineapple granita. Refreshing is the right word for it, and exactly what you need after walking out of a haunted house.

The Scar blends blood orange purée, orange granita, pineapple granita, lime juice and strawberry syrup. The Doom Remix is a sparkling blend of lychee soda, blackcurrant juice and calamansi juice.

The Ponti-Ana Blood Bag is a jello made from cranberry juice, grenadine and gelatin powder.

Galactic Treats

The 7th Month Red Candle Churros are churros coated with cinnamon sugar and raspberry-flavoured chocolate, topped with white chocolate waffle sticks and edible Chinese talismans. A returning favourite from last year, still dressed up as a red candle stick complete with a yellow talisman tag.

Not-So-Scary Treats

Not everything this Halloween season needs to be terrifying. Step away from the cursed delicacies for a moment, because around the park during the day, Trick or Thrills 2026 brings a lighter, family-friendly spread of Halloween treats, several of them Minion-themed, and once HHN14 begins at night, the same fun continues at Minion Land’s Super Hungry Food Stand.

Evil Minion Nasi Lemak is served with crispy fried squid and rice that looks like the purple Evil Minion.

The Super Silly Monster Halloween Bun is a fluffy lotus leaf bun layered with savoury cuttlefish and a drizzle of sriracha. While you’re at Minion Land, you can also unbox your very own Mummy Stuart Pistachio Ice Cream.
