Overview and Thoughts
To me, this is surprisingly one of the better scare zones, as it offered a balance between an interesting story about vampires, and good scares with its tight layout with haunted house-like elements. Vampires aren’t new to horror nights, in fact, there was a scare zone about it over a decade ago, and even a haunted house. But this time, the park has created a new story that offers a fresh take on the classic vampire mythos, exploring the tumultuous relationship between the undead and humanity.
As you navigate the claustrophobic alleyways, you’ll encounter desperate vampires, struggling to survive in a world that fears and loathes them. The tension between the bloodthirsty creatures and their human sympathizers creates a twist in the second half, which could have benefited with more scenes and characters to give the experience a proper end.
Vampire Alley is also linked to the Viper Lounge special experience, offering a third faction to the zone’s story, which breaks from the usual two-faction structure of scare zones.
Neon-lit signs light the way into Vampire Alley. It’s oddly quiet outside.
As you enter, you star to feel hungry gazes upon you. Fangs gleaming in the dim light. You are their next victim.
A blood merchant startles you from the shadows. He has stock to sell, but he’s looking to buy too. What blood type are you?
Blood-crazed addicts prowl the alleyways, their eyes fixed on any remaining blood packs left behind.
Alluring sirens beckon you with promises of forbidden pleasures. But you resist their charms. There’s no time for distractions, survival is the ultimate goal.
As you delve deeper into the alley, horrifying moments unfolds before your eyes. Desperate vampires prey upon the few remaining humans who have fallen victim to their deception.
At some point on the alley, you might meet a lone vampire waiting outside a building. She guards with a watchful gaze, only allowing the right kind inside.
If you have the valid passes (RIP Tour or Viper Lounge Add-On Ticket), this shadowy vampire will allow you to proceed to Viper Lounge, the clandestine speakeasy bar run by The Elders, an upper class clan of vampires.

Unfortunately, if you are denied entry to the speakeasy bar, the vampire chases you away. A dead end now looms before you.
The only way forward is through a rusting shipping container. Body bags hang from the ceiling, hinting on the horrors that transpired within. You quickly rummage through the plastic and find a way out.
Suddenly, a zombified blood addict jumps out and starts to break a blood vending machine. His insatiable thirst has driven him to desperate measures, his hunger growing with each passing moment.
The machine displays its meager stock of basic blood packs, a stark contrast to the opulent elixirs found in the Viper Lounge.
A seasoned human survivor fends off a zombified addict. “Keep moving!” he warns.
Another human hunter checks that you’ve not turned, and shows you the way out through another container – it’s the only way.
But inside, a hulking vampire thug spots you rifling through the freshly harvested bodies. With a menacing hiss, he lunges forward, ready to claim you as the next victim.
Disheveled and breathless, you manage to escape, and stumble upon a forgotten protest site. It now carries whispers of a group known as the Sisters of the Sun.
Their legacy, once vibrant and righteous, now echoes through the empty air.
A menacing punk vampire, eyes glowing with rebellious fire, invites you to explore the site. He then scales the structure, as if to stake claim to the Alley.
A new dawn breaks for street vampires, who refuse to be pawns in this dark and twisted world. They rise from the shadows, ready to challenge the old order and forge a new path for their kind.
