Haunted Houses are walkthrough attractions in enclosed, ‘maze-like’ spaces. This year’s house line-up includes a variety of local and regional horrors:
Curse of the Naga
The flagship haunted house for 2019, Curse of the Naga, will transport daring guests to the streets of Bangkok, where they will find themselves stumbling into a forsaken village haunted by the Serpentine Spirit.
This original haunted house marks Universal Studios Singapore’s first-ever collaboration with Thai horror film directors, such as Parkpoom Wongpoom (SHUTTER, Alone, and 4bia).

The Chalet Hauntings
At this haunted chalet, vengeful spirits and spooky encounters will make that one holiday memorable for all the wrong reasons. Beware of the langsuir and other dangerous ghosts from Southeast Asia that would all leave haunting scars.

Twisted Clown University
An abandoned fairground has evolved into a place of higher learning, where tragic clowns (and victims) get schooled on a gruesome trade. My my, inspired by Jack the Clown?

Spirit Dolls
Explore an abandoned village filled with creepy, life-sized dolls – before you meet the cursed doll behind it all. This is the park’s second Japanese-themed haunted house – this time perhaps inspired by the remote village of Nagoro in Shikoku, Japan.

HHN9 – Halloween Carnival zone
A quaint carnival has taken over the Hollywood Lagoon area, and this funfair turns horrifying after dark. A first-of-its-kind Halloween Horror Nights experience in Singapore.

Scare zones are thematic outdoor zones that are filled with performers. HHN9 will also feature shows in its lineup.
Death Fest scare zone
Taking place in the New York zone, Death Fest presents a heavy metal concert experience that is epic, gruesome and terrifying.
Death Fest LIVE procession show
The Death Trap band will perform a ‘morbid metal’ Procession around the park as part of the Death Fest experience on ◆PEAK nights only (refer to calendar below). Yes, this sounds like the return of the Death March from HHN6!

Dead End scare zone
An alternate realm between the lands of the living and the dead has taken shape at The Lost World. This is where one might have a fateful (or fatal) encounter with The Undertaker, the icon of HHN9.
Skin & Bones show
An all-new comedy show from the underworld will be filmed “LIVE!” at the Pantages Hollywood Theatre.

Zombie Laser Tag is not part of the HHN9 lineup. Maybe next year.

Does the daytime BTS tour cost money?
There is no Behind The Screams tour this year. The Daytime Walkthrough Tour of the Curse of the Naga house would require both daytime park admission and a separate ticket. The price, and timings for these tours, will be announced later.

There will also be some other smaller programmes happening in the day to let younger audiences enjoy a Halloween experience at USS.

so sad about the BTS…I did like meeting the people working BTS and hearing more about their creative process. Granted, the make up bit was the same every year but there were some good moments. this walkthrough might be something else. The Curse of Naga house looks very intricate and Thai movies are downright scary yo.

Klook’s HHN Express Pass covers 5 haunted houses only. Klook allows you to buy the express passes separately and possibly combine with other promotions/coupons, whereas via RWS online requires the purchase to be bundled with an admission ticket.
