Resorts World Sentosa announced last week that the Marine Life Park is at its final phase of construction and will be open in time for the Resort’s Grand Opening on December 7th. As previously revealed in earlier from the air updates, Marine Life Park is separated into two zones: S.E.A Aquarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark. Another signature attraction at the park, Dolphin Island, will be ready next year.
I’m delighted to share these photos of the Marine Life Park from the air. The park certainly looks complete, with major repair works done and contractors putting on the final touches on the park’s various elements.
Terror returns this October with several Halloween attractions all over Singapore. Here is a convenient guide to various themed haunts in Singapore for the 2012 Halloween season.
Halloween Event Guide 2013 Edition – now available!
Universal Studios Singapore presents an elevated sequel to its highly successful Halloween Horrors Nights, promising to be a larger event that is more elaborate and much scarier than before. Sentosa Spooktacular is also making a return with Asian horror-themed haunted trails – but for the first time, it will be held at Fort Siloso. If these two attractions seem too lengthy for you, a smaller haunt, FrightFest 2012 is available at the Singapore Flyer.
Also, various popular night clubs are hosting Halloween-themed events for those who wish to just dance through the night.
It is time again to gather your brave friends (and the gutless ones) for a few nights of fear at these events! I’m sure the memories will last forever.
This entry will be continuously updated when new information is available. Do bookmark this page and check regularly for updates.
While the Marine Life Park might appear almost complete in the last update, it seems that there is more work to be done. Most of the pools have been drained and many areas of the park are now accompanied with scaffolds.
Hidden within a glass dome at Marina Bay is a fragile forest, with lush vegetation and mystic shroud of mist engulfing its mountainous structure.
The Cloud Forest is one of the two Cooled Conservatories at Gardens by The Bay at Marina Bay. It is designed to feature of course, various vegetation from foggy and moist forests.
Voyage de la Vie is Singapore’s longest running theatre production, and the first homegrown theatrical spectacular. First public shows started in July 2010 – so it has a very commendable run of over two years.
Marine Life Park looks amazing and almost complete now. Gone are the pools undergoing cleaning and treatment – they are all sparkling blue. There are also many finishing touches all over the park – we can now see the little facilities offered at the park to make a visit enjoyable.
This update also includes the list of water rides and attractions available at Adventure Cove Waterpark at Marine Life Park.
