Halloween Horror Nights 14 gets the headlines, but Resorts World Sentosa has been building out the rest of the resort too.
What is the Festival of Thrills?
Resorts World Sentosa’s Festival of Thrills is its resort-wide Halloween season, running 1 September to 1 November 2026 across every corner of the property, from horror to family-friendly fun. It brings together a glowing underwater takeover at Singapore Oceanarium, quests across Adventure Cove Waterpark uncovering legends and mysteries, and a flurry of motorsport-themed activations at WEAVE.
Here’s what else is worth discovering this Halloween.
Into the Glowcean at Singapore Oceanarium
Singapore Oceanarium’s Halloween programming runs from 5 September to 1 November 2026, transforming the oceanarium into a luminous underwater world through light, colour and art.
Oceanic Glow: Glass neon art around the Oceanarium
Artist Megan with ‘Curiosity’ at Spirit of Exploration
At the heart of the experience is Oceanic Glow, a series of installations by glass neon artist Megan Foo (@maegzter), whose Waves of Time installation I covered at last year’s Singapore Night Festival.
‘Confrontation’ at Shark Seas
Megan is Singapore’s only artist working in traditional handcrafted glass neon, a heritage craft that once lit up the city before it fell out of favour in the 1990s.
‘Declaration’ at Coral Garden
Oceanic Glow marks her first solo art exhibition, and the installations draw on how marine animals use light to communicate: curiosity, confrontation, reverence.

I only wish there were more of them on display, given how good the neon looked in the Oceanarium.
Beyond the neon installations, Into the Glowcean brings activities such craft workshops, face painting with marine-inspired neon designs, and a trick-or-treat experience for kids.
From 26 September to 1 November, guests can also try their hand at light painting at the Ocean Dome, and take home an instant photo of their creation. It’s limited to one printout per group, subject to availability.
Themed food and drinks are also part of the experience, similar in spirit to the HHN14 lineup at USS: twisted desserts, playful snacks and neon-hued specialty drinks inspired by bioluminescent ocean life, available for a limited season.
Legend Keepers: Tales of Singapore Awaken + Pool Party Panic at Adventure Cove Waterpark
Over at Adventure Cove Waterpark, Legend Keepers: Tales of Singapore Awaken is a self-led, browser-based treasure hunt designed for families. Just scan the onsite QR code to start.
Waterpark visitors become Legend Keepers on a hunt through five installations inspired by Kusu Island, Bukit Merah, Sisters’ Islands, Radin Mas Ayu and Temasek. Play solo or as a team, tackling the five locations in any order, solving puzzles that surface lessons in empathy, bravery, love, family and service. Complete all five to unlock the final challenge and help restore the Ocean Spirit.
The Legend Keepers game runs daily from 1 September to 1 November, 10am to 5pm (4pm on Saturdays), and is included with an Adventure Cove Waterpark One-Day Ticket. Finish the full quest and you’re rewarded with an assortment of candies and treats.
The game was designed in partnership with local escape room creator The Escape Artist. The webapp offers hints along the way, though the puzzles themselves were on the simpler side, better suited to younger players and families than escape-room veterans looking for a real challenge.
Pool Party Panic: A Murder Mystery After Dark
On select Saturday nights, the same five installations that host Legend Keepers by day flip into crime scenes after dark, as Bluwater Bay turns into a live DJ pool party interrupted by a case guests have to solve themselves. Five suspects, five confessions, and a live cast of Game Masters keeping the mystery moving until the final reveal.
Pool Party Panic runs on select weekends (5, 12 and 19 Sept, and 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 Oct) from 4pm to 8pm. It’s available with a One-Day Ticket dated for a participating Saturday, or a Twilight Saturday Ticket. Note this one comes with darker murder-mystery themes and isn’t recommended for young children, unlike its daytime counterpart. Solve the case and you’ll walk away with a sure-win Festival of Thrills scratch card.
Themed food is also part of the ACW experience, tied to the Pool Party Panic theming. The Cursed Chicken Burger (S$18) is served in a charcoal bun with sambal. And the Inferno Wave Puff (S$13) is chicken sausage wrapped in flaky pastry with pomodoro sauce. Cool down with the Toxic Apple Elixir (S$12), a refreshing apple lemonade with mint and nata de coco.
Enter The Zone at WEAVE
WEAVE unleashes the thrill-seeker in you this season, with motorsport-themed activations layered over the usual Halloween decor across the lifestyle hub.
Lenovo Gaming Zone
On Level 1, the Lenovo Gaming Zone features racing simulators, open daily and free to the public. Alongside it is an entire area styled like a haunted movie theatre.
Unleash the Thrill-Seeker in You
Beyond the games, WEAVE layers in a season-long spend-and-play track. Trick or Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore
Trick or Thrills 2026 brings daytime Halloween fun to Universal Studios Singapore from 1 September to 1 November. A new show this year, The Belloween Ball, debuts the Bride of Monster Bob Minion, alongside Ammu’khet at Ancient Egypt and returning favourites across the park.
