POP MART has opened a new store at Resorts World Sentosa, housed in a two-storey standalone store at WEAVE. The POP MART Store takes Level 1 and POP BAKERY sits above it on Level 2.
POP MART Resorts World Sentosa: What’s New
The store is a standalone building within Resorts World Sentosa WEAVE lifestyle hub, connected by an overhead sheltered walkway. You will spot it before you reach it. A MOKOKO figure sits on the rooftop, and Twinkle Twinkle is stationed on a boat sculpture at the front entrance, which is the obvious first photo stop before you go anywhere near the doors.
Level 1 is the POP MART Store. Level 2 is POP BAKERY, making its Southeast Asia debut, which I have covered in a separate look inside POP BAKERY Singapore.
Navigating the POP MART universe
The floor plan is built in rings, and once you notice it the whole store makes sense.

The checkout counter sits right in the middle, a circular island under a mirrored ceiling dome, with a full height column rising through the centre carrying tiered ledges of figurines.

Working outward, sage green pillars form the first ring of displays, set with lit recessed bays and small niches. Beyond that is a ring of island counters, white tops over warm wood cabinets. The outermost ring is the white wall displays with their arched, lit alcoves, though the ring is not a perfect circle. In places it weaves inward to follow the footprint of the building.

The two kinds of display do different jobs, taking a leaf out of the design system at the new POP MART store at Funan. Most of the island counters are character centric, so if you have come in for one IP you can head straight for it. The wall displays are collection centric, which means the slower loop around the outside is where you find things you were not looking for. There are new discoveries at every island and corner.
Peranakan tiles run across the floor, soft arches shape the openings, and sculptures are set into alcoves cut through the walls. These are the same motifs carried upstairs into POP BAKERY, so the two floors read as one space rather than a shop with a cafe bolted on.
LABUBU
Sculpture alert! This is LABUBU in a Firefly Yoga Pose, from The Monsters Lazy Yoga Series.
A shelf of LABUBU collections (World Cup and Singapore-exclusive Merlion series) is flanked by two LABUBU Yoga sculptures rendered in stone, set into the wall.
If you are looking for the newest THE MONSTERS Hair Salon collection, the one with LABUBU dolls in outlandish hairdos, that is on the other side of the store.
DIMOO and MOLLY
The island counters make the character sorting obvious. DIMOO and MOLLY each get their own, styled to the IP rather than dressed as generic retail fixtures.
Twinkle Twinkle and the Singapore exclusives
Twinkle Twinkle is the character POP MART has built this opening around, and the island reflects that.
The Singapore exclusives are displayed on the reverse of the island, displayed together as “Explore Singapore with Twinkle Twinkle” – a nod to the little star’s adventure around Singapore. Three items go on sale from 30 July, limited to one of each per person.

Finding MOKOKO – A dedicated section for POP LAND
A wall is given over to POP LAND, POP MART’s theme park in Beijing. For anyone who has not made that trip, or missed out on the Pop-up at Bugis+ last year, this is the closest look at the line you will get in Singapore. And your chance to get MOKOKO (the “pink LABUBU”) at retail prices.
SKULLPANDA and CRYBABY
SKULLPANDA and CRYBABY, both rising in popularity, also feature prominently with dedicated displays in the store.
Sculptures to catch as you go
The two stone LABUBU Yoga sculptures are not the only pieces set into the walls. Two more are worth slowing down for, both tucked into alcoves rather than displayed on plinths.
The CRYBABY pufferfish sits in a round niche by a side door, peeking out at anyone walking past.
The second is PUCKY Dreamy Wishes, Marine Friendship, mounted near the CRYBABY. Both marine-themed designs face the doorway closest to Singapore Oceanarium, a clever nod to the Resort’s attractions.
POP BAKERY on Level 2
POP BAKERY has its own reception entrance on the Level 1 retail floor.
I have covered the cafe, the full menu and the Twinkle Twinkle meet and greet sessions here: POP BAKERY Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa.
During the opening season, high attendance is expected, so guests may need to queue outside POP MART Resorts World Sentosa for their turn to enter the cafe for takeaway orders. Just a recap – that includes biscuit tins, popsicles and select desserts.
If you are here just to shop, you might want to grab the Singapore Exclusive LABUBU Butter Cookies, or a cool treat from the cooler – such as the Merlion Ice Cream, or the viral Twinkle Twinkle Twin Popsicles.
Opening Weekend Meet and Greet
Twinkle Twinkle appeared on a stage set up at WEAVE Basement 1 for the opening, separate from the meet and greet sessions held inside POP BAKERY.
Whether these stage appearances continue beyond the opening period has not been announced. Watch the official POP MART Singapore and Resorts World Sentosa channels for updates.
Worth knowing before you go
For the opening weekend, there are two queues for entry to POP MART Resorts World Sentosa, one for POP MART and one for POP BAKERY, and they are not interchangeable. Check the signage before you commit to a line. Once inside the store, you get 15 minutes. This arrangement may continue in selected periods to manage high attendance.
That is not long, and the store’s ring layout is designed to make you wander. So I suggest you have a shortlist ready, grab what you want, head to the counter to secure your exclusives (they are not placed on the shelves). Everything else can wait for a quieter visit or another store.
The exclusives themselves are the weak spot. Three items in store, plus a handful online for collection, against a whole menu of Singapore-only desserts upstairs. Come here for things you cannot buy anywhere else and you will mostly be eating them.
Where the store does deliver is its range. If you are visiting Singapore and want to cover the current catalogue, this saves you the trek between several POP MART stores, and older Singapore exclusives turn up here too. Even POP LAND is available for now.
Fan sign sessions run alongside the opening, with Agee and Yep signing HACIPUPU collectibles on 30 July and Hanna Li signing CHAKA on 31 July, both at 3pm for eligible fans. Check with the staff on-site for details.
