Original Article as follows:
Gardens by the Bay soon host Singapore’s Jurassic World: The Experience. Produced by NEON and presented in collaboration with Universal Live Entertainment, this immersive event will integrate iconic aspects of the Jurassic World movies into the Cloud Forest’s distinctive mountain structure and cascading greenery.
This prehistoric “adventure 65 million years in the making” is launching on 29 May 2025, but some dinosaurs have already arrived.
As you step inside Cloud Forest, a towering pair of dinosaurs, the Brachiosaurus, will greet you at the start, now named the Brachiosaurus Falls.
Expect large crowds of enthusiastic fans around the waterfall area. The attraction’s logo backdrop will be located nearby.
Moving around the mountain, you’ll soon find the Petting Zoo, an interactive zone where you can meet baby dinosaurs as part of your adventure.
There are 13 zones to explore in Singapore’s version of Jurassic World: The Experience. While the full list of zones have yet to be revealed, one of the main highlights is meeting a life-sized Tyrannosaurus rex. This zone, which might be called T.Rex Kingdom, is currently being built at the Orchid Haven area.
The T Rex animatronic has arrived – unable to be hidden due to its massive size.
Alongside the bridge overlooking the mountain: The Aviary Attack zone – which is empty for now, but will be the site of an exciting showdown between a pair of Velociraptors and a flying Pteranodon.
On the other side (after going through Orchid Haven) is the Evolution Walk. In this Singapore-exclusive zone, you will uncover ancient plant species that existed long before the emergence of those that bear flowers, far older than the age of the dinosaurs.
Looking into other editions of Jurassic World experiences around the world, this area might be a paddock with another Brachiosaurus, along with a container with a Stygimoloch peeking out.
Over at Level 4, there are also spaces blocked off for the Jurassic World overlay, including a replica of the brown park gates.
The Experience extends into the indoor sections of Cloud Forest, including the Gallery and Theatre spaces. It’s possible that some showcases found in other exhibitions, such as the Genetic Creation Lab, Raptor Paddock (where you can meet live raptors) and other exhibits, might be built in these spaces.
A new Jurassic World retail area is making its way to the Gardens by the Bay store.
Lastly, don’t miss the Gyrosphere placed outside of the Cloud Forest, near the ticketing counters, for another memorable photo opportunity.
It’s likely that this extensive overlay will draw even larger crowds than the AVATAR: The Experience back in 2022, given the appeal of dinosaurs. Book your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
