Just like last year’s The First Look, this Sneak Preview features some defining visuals from this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Stay tuned for our Halloween Horror Nights 5 Review later this week. We’ll post the rest in special features throughout October.
Lightning Mini Review
It’s always very exciting to see Singapore’s HHN take a different turn from the rest of the world. The original ideas this year were executed with very immersive thematic design, highly produced to the park’s famous standards for HHN. There are some notable innovations inside haunted houses this year, including many effects that would ‘wow’ park guests. In terms of scariness – There are many unsettling scenes that won’t even need jumpscares to be effective. Plus, the Singapore-themed stories will let the audience face their fears from home. Quite literally, especially for that HDB haunted house.
Once again, this is a teaser post and I have picked two photos from each haunt, just to keep you hungry. The best shots will come later, and now, as they say, look alive, and we’ll continue our little tour in October.

Will there be a special show at the Pantages during USS-HHN5?
No, there will be no performances at the Pantages Hollywood Theatre.
How is it looking like? Brief review I mean. Not to be missed? Went for he last 2, already bought tickets for this one in August.

I must say the production design is superb this year. Most impressed with Hell House facade and the TSGS book entry. Although SG 50 and Tunnel people look cool as well. They have outdone themselves!!
Heard mixed reviews from HHN @ USH which I would be personally experiencing later next month (only Insidious, Halloween and The Walking Dead were deemed worthy).

No, there will be no show staged inside Pantages Hollywood Theatre. However, you can catch some live performances at B.C. Beast Club (Egypt F&B zone).
Anyone know the rock songs played during the opening of the event? ( like near the entrance ) or you could list out the songs they played in their speakers during the event, thanks.
